stuff i love!

so, this will periodically have links to music that i love or have recently experienced.

perhaps a listing of concerts or musicals i will be attending? who knows.

for now, check out the following musicians. some of my favorites that are worth at least a listen. (or many listens!)

enter the haggis - celtic-ish rock/a lot of other things. on stage? incredible communication and easily the best band i've seen... 20x and counting.
barenaked ladies - rock-ish/country-ish/?. my favorite band of ever. combination of great lyrics and sweet melodic lines. and they own a stage.
steven page - rock-ish. former (*tear*) singer of bnl and one of my biggest musical influences. fastastic singer and guitar player. need i say more?
guster - alt rock-ish. a good time in concert.
radiohead - alt rock-ish. one of the bands i grew up listening to. always a mind-blowing experience.
the weakerthans - punk/folk/whatever they feel like doing. unique musical style and some pretty awesome lyrics.
the elders - irish folk/rock. celtic-ish. they kind of make my life.
searson - celtic. lots of fiddle and a good time.
leonard cohen - folk-ish. i grew up listening to him and consider him a legend.
the decemberists - folk/neo-baroque/mindblowing. yea. listen to colin meloy.
